Active / passive PLC and weight display instrument.

Hello just wondering is there a device that I could use between an active PLC analogue input and a weight display which also has an active 4 to 20 mA output. The system that we have in place at the moment is a tank weighing system, the plc is providing the power for the loop and the weight display is passive. We are planning to change out the weight display to a newer model but the company only provide a display in which the mA output is powered (active). We also don’t want to change the PLC module to passive as this function is grouped in pairs and the other input on the PLC card requires a loop powered output.  Any help would be great, if there is no other option I will either buy a different display that the mA output can be set up as passive or get our controls engineer to change the PLC input to passive. Thanks.
